Vella Munn has published more fiction books than she can keep track of, the last ten or so for Ellora's Cave as Vonna Harper. One of her Native American historicals earned her finalist status in both the Women Writing the West Willa award and the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association. Before discovering romances, both erotic and otherwise, Vella penned more than forty confessions. She still writes the occasional nonfiction article, worked for a small town newspaper for four years, and created three association newsletters.
A longtime Oregon resident, Vella also works part-time as a writing instructor for a national correspondence school, holds memberships in Novelists Ink, RWA, Women Writing the West, and Willamette Writers. She's president of her local writers' association and has spoken at a number of conferences.
She's also working on a biography of her grandparents and her absolute favorite gig - being a grandmother!
Her first Cerridwen book, Whiteout, came to life while she was alone at the family wilderness cabin during an unexpected snowstorm. Fortunately, unlike one of her characters, she lived to tell the tale.
