SHIPPING policy
We use UPS and USPS as means to ship our products. All products will leave our warehouse within 2-4 days once the order has been placed and payment cleared. We will supply tracking numbers to you via email if the shipping method is UPS.
Note: We will not guarantee delivery of shipments if U.S. Postal Service option is selected since tracking numbers are unavailable. Please allow 4-6 weeks for International USPS delivery.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. For these situations we reserve the right to ship via USPS.
All Wholesale Orders
Shipping times for wholesale orders will vary depending on production schedules and shipping methods requested. Please allow three to six weeks for delivery. International orders may take longer.
FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping is available on any order over $35.00 and shipped within the lower 48 states. These orders will typically ship within 48 hours and can take between 5-10 days to get to your destination.
International Customer, are not eligible for Free Shipping.
Domestic and International Shipping Rates
We offer you a large a choice of shipping methods and carriers to suit your preferences. All rates are are expressed in real-time shipping rates, acquired from the individual carriers. All rates are calculated based upon destination shipping address.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Your order might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance, duties and taxes must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
